Section 10 of the Principal Act is amended—
(a)
by omitting from sub-section (1) “Commissioner or Assistant Trade Commissioner” and substituting “Representative”;
(b)
by omitting from sub-section (1) “he thinks” and substituting “the Trade Representative thinks”; and
(c)
by omitting from sub-section (2) “Commissioner or Assistant Trade Commissioner” and substituting “Representative”.
