Section 2 of the Principal Act is amended—
(a)
by omitting the definition of “Assistant Trade Commissioner”; and
(b)
by omitting the definition of “Trade Commissioner” and substituting the following definition:
“ ‘Trade Representative’ means a Trade Representative appointed pursuant to this Act;”.
