Section 40 of the Principal Act is amended—
(a)
by inserting in sub-section (1) “by the Commission” after “person has been paid”;
(b)
by omitting from sub-section (1) “Commonwealth” (wherever occurring) and substituting “Commission”; and
(c)
by omitting from sub-section (2) “Executive Member” (wherever occurring) and substituting “Managing Director of the Commission”.
