Section 12 of the Principal Act is amended—
(a)
by omitting from sub-section (1) “Board” and substituting “Commission”;
(b)
by omitting from sub-section (2) “Board” and substituting “Commission”; and
(c)
by omitting from sub-section (2) “there is payable” and substituting “the Commission shall pay”.
