Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended—
(a)
by omitting “Commissioner or Assistant Trade Commissioner” (first occurring) and substituting “Representative”; and
(b)
by omitting “Commissioner or Assistant Trade Commissioner, as the case may be,” and substituting “Representative”.
