47 Application to vary certification of reference materials
(1)
The holder of a certificate issued by the certifying authority may apply for variation of the certificate by lodging with the authority:
(a)
a written application; and
(b)
the certificate, or a copy of the certificate; and
(c)
the Australian certified reference material, or a sample of the material.
(2)
The certifying authority may, by written notice given to the applicant, require the applicant to lodge with the authority any additional information that the authority needs to consider the application properly.
(3)
The certifying authority may refuse to proceed with the application until the applicant complies with the notice.
