62 Decision not to approve, or delay in approving, patterns of measuring instrument
(1)
If the approving authority decides not to approve an application, or to vary an approval in a way not sought by the applicant, the authority must give written notice of the reasons for its decision to the applicant as soon as practicable.
(2)
If the authority has not granted an application or given notice to the applicant under subregulation (1) within 3 months after receiving the application, the authority must, at the request of the applicant, give written notice to the applicant of the reasons for the delay.
