63 Certificates of approval
A certificate of approval must:
(a)
state the name and address of the approving authority; and
(b)
describe the pattern of the measuring instrument to which the certificate relates; and
(c)
state the number of the approved pattern; and
(d)
state the date of issue of the certificate; and
(e)
state that the pattern of the measuring instrument is approved under these regulations as suitable for use for trade or as a legal measuring instrument; and
(f)
state any condition to which approval of the pattern is subject.
