78 Cancellation of appointments on application
(1)
An authority may apply for cancellation of an appointment as an authority by lodging with the Chief Metrologist:
(a)
a written application; and
(b)
the instrument of appointment.
(2)
As soon as practicable, the Chief Metrologist must:
(a)
cancel the appointment; and
(b)
give written notice of the cancellation to the applicant.
