13 Certifier—location of works
Knowledge Must know and understand the following—
the procedures, practices and processes of surveying,
the activities involved in locating building work as constructed,
the use of computer applications and documentation processes relevant to this class of registration,
inspection requirements relevant to this class of registration.
Skills Must be able to do the following—
determine the extent of constructed building work or subdivision work to be certified,
plan and conduct appropriate inspections of building work and subdivision work to assess compliance relevant to this class of registration,
take appropriate action prior to the issue of a compliance certificate.
