16 Certifier—strata
(1)
Qualifications Any of the following—
(a)
degree in civil engineering from an Australian university,
(b)
registration as a land surveyor under the Surveying and Spatial Information Act 2002 or a qualification that would enable a person to be registered as a land surveyor under that Act.
(2)
Experience 3 years recent relevant practical experience.
