11 Use of certain land at 945 Old Pacific Highway and 66 Myoora Road, Somersby

This clause applies to the following land at Somersby identified as “945 Old Pacific Hwy and 66 Myoora Rd, Somersby” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map—
(a)
Lot 21, DP 859538 and Lots 204 and 205, DP 747845, 945 Old Pacific Highway,
(b)
Lot 20, DP 859538, 66 Myoora Road.
(2)
Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—
(a)
backpackers’ accommodation,
(b)
camping grounds,
(c)
caravan parks,
(d)
farm stay accommodation,
(e)
hotel or motel accommodation,
(f)
pubs,
(g)
recreation facilities (indoor),
(h)
recreation facilities (outdoor),
(i)
registered clubs,
(j)
restaurants or cafes,
(k)
serviced apartments.
