This clause applies to part of Lot 1 and Lots 19–21, DP 270678, and part of SP 84324, Manns Road, West Gosford, identified as “Riverside” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

(2)

Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—

(a)

specialised retail premises, if the gross floor area of the premises is not greater than 32,870m²,

(b)

business premises, if the gross floor area of the premises is not greater than 1,560m².
