This clause applies to the land identified as follows on the Additional Permitted Uses Map—
“Canton Beach Sports Club”,
“Diggers at The Entrance”,
(Repealed)
“Gwandalan Bowling Club”,
“Halekulani Bowling Club”,
“Lake Munmorah Bowling Club”,
“Norah Head Bowling and Sports Club”,
“Old Bowling Club, Killarney Vale”,
“Ourimbah RSL Club”,
“Shelly Beach Golf Club”,
“The Bay Sports Club”,
“The Entrance Bowling Club”,
“Toukley Golf Club”,
“Toukley RSL Club”,
“Wallarah Bay Recreation Club”,
“Wyong Bowling Club”,
“Wyong Golf Club”,
“Wyong Leagues Club”,
“Wyong RSL Club”.
Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent if the development is associated with a registered club—
hotel or motel accommodation,
seniors housing,
serviced apartments.
