(b)

Lot 71, DP 1011971,

(c)

Lots 1 and 2, DP 1010532,

(d)

Lot 721, DP 1184902.

Development for the purposes of centre-based child care facilities and health services facilities is permitted with development consent.

(3)

Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent if the development is integrated with an existing registered club—

(a)

hotel or motel accommodation,

(b)

seniors housing,

(c)

serviced apartments.
