This clause applies to Lot 32, DP 1171389, 3–13 Stockyard Place, West Gosford, identified as “Stockyard Place” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.
(2)
Development for the purposes of specialised retail premises is permitted with development consent if the gross floor area of the premises is not greater than 10,800m2.
