32 Use of certain land in “Tuggerah Gateway”
(1)
This clause applies to land identified as “Tuggerah Gateway” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.
(2)
Development for the following purposes are permitted with development consent—
(a)
attached dwellings,
(b)
dual occupancies,
(c)
dwelling houses,
(d)
multi dwelling housing,
(e)
semi-detached dwellings.
