16 Use of certain land at The Entrance North and Wyong
(1)
This clause applies to land identified as “Magenta Shores” and “Kooindah Waters” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.
(2)
Development for the purposes of residential accommodation is permitted with development consent if the consent authority is satisfied that tourist and visitor accommodation will remain the dominant use on the land as a whole.
