15 Payments relating to fundraising appeals must be identified
(1)
For the purposes of the Act, section 20(10)(a), the following matters must be identified—
(a)
payments relating to fundraising appeals made into and out of accounts,
(b)
the fundraising appeal to which the payments relate.
(2)
If an account referred to in subsection (1)(a) consists only of money raised in the fundraising appeal, the payments are taken to be identified for the purposes of this section.
