21 Age of child participants
An authority holder must ensure a child participant is of or above the following age—
(a)
if the child will not receive a wage, commission or fee for participating in the fundraising appeal—8 years,
(b)
if the child will receive a wage, commission or fee for participating in the fundraising appeal—13 years.
Note—
Division 3 sets out additional conditions that apply to child participants who receive a wage, commission or fee for participating in a fundraising appeal.
