15 Management of organisations
The fundraising activities of an authority holder that is an organisation must be managed as follows—
(a)
the organisation must be administered by a governing body that consists of at least 3 persons or 3 trustees,
(b)
the quorum for a meeting of the governing body is the greater of—
(i)
3 persons or 3 trustees, or
(ii)
one-quarter of the members constituting the governing body,
(c)
a transaction made by a member of the governing body must be recorded in the organisation’s minutes of a meeting.
