120 Application of previous provisions to prescribed proceedings commenced before commencement
(1)
This clause applies if prescribed proceedings were commenced in either of the following ways—
(a)
a court attendance notice filed before the commencement,
(b)
an indictment presented before the commencement.
(2)
The previous provisions continue to apply to the prescribed proceedings.
