121 Application of Chapter 6, Part 5, Division 1A to prescribed proceedings commenced on or after commencement
(1)
This clause applies to prescribed proceedings commenced in either of the following ways—
(a)
a court attendance notice filed on or after the commencement,
(b)
an indictment presented on or after the commencement.
(2)
Chapter 6, Part 5, Division 1A applies to the prescribed proceedings.
