63 Case management provisions
(1)
Division 3 of Part 3 of Chapter 3, as substituted by the Criminal Procedure Amendment (Case Management) Act 2009, applies only in respect of proceedings in which the indictment was presented or filed on or after that substitution.
(2)
Division 3 of Part 3 of Chapter 3, as in force before its substitution by the Criminal Procedure Amendment (Case Management) Act 2009, continues to apply in respect of proceedings in which the indictment was presented or filed before that substitution.
