(1)
Section 275A, as inserted by the amending Act, extends to proceedings instituted or partly heard before the commencement of that section.
(2)
However, that section does not affect the admissibility of any evidence admitted in any proceedings before that commencement or otherwise affect the validity of anything done, or omitted to be done, before that commencement.
