294F Application of division
(1)
This division applies to proceedings before the Court—
(a)
in relation to a prescribed sexual offence whenever committed, or
(b)
if the proceedings relate to more than 1 offence—if at least 1 of the offences is a prescribed sexual offence whenever committed.
(2)
This division applies at any stage of a proceeding mentioned in subsection (1), including an appeal or rehearing.
