143 Application of DCP amendments
(1)
The amendments made by Schedule 1[1]–[3] and [5] to the amending Act extend to development control plans in force immediately before the commencement of those amendments.
(2)
Section 79C(3A), as inserted by the amending Act, does not apply to the determination of a development application made before the commencement of section 79C(3A).
