17 Planning Assessment Commission
(1)
The amendments made to section 23D of the Act by Schedule 1.4 to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment (Part 3A Repeal) Act 2011 do not affect any review under that section that was requested by the Minister before the commencement of those amendments.
(2)
The amendment made to clause 5(3) of Schedule 3 to the Act by Schedule 1.4[7] to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment (Part 3A Repeal) Act 2011 extends to persons who were appointed as members before the commencement of that amendment.
