18A Saving of assumed concurrences
(1)
A notification given under section 81 before 1 July 1998 and in force immediately before that date is taken (until revoked) to be—
(a)
until 1 January 2001—a notice given under clause 51B of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 1994, and
(b)
on and from 1 January 2001—a notice given under clause 64 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000.
(2)
This clause is taken to have commenced on 1 July 1998.
