153 Savings and transitional regulations
(1)
This clause applies to regulations made under Part 1 of this Schedule that contain provisions of a savings or transitional nature consequent on the enactment of the amending Act.
(2)
The provisions of those regulations have effect despite anything to the contrary in this Part.
(3)
The regulations may make separate savings and transitional provisions or amend this Part to consolidate the savings and transitional provisions.
