27 Retreads
A tyre that is retreaded must not be fitted on a heavy vehicle if—
(a)
AS 1973-1993‘Pneumatic Tyres—Passenger Car, Light Truck and Truck/Bus—Retreading and Repair Processes’ applies to the tyre; and
(b)
the tyre was not retreaded in accordance with the standard.
