33 Relation between axles in axle group

(1)

The axles in an axle group, other than a twinsteer axle group, fitted to a heavy vehicle must relate to each other through a load-sharing suspension system.

(2)

In this section—

load-sharing suspension system, of an axle group, has the same meaning as it has under the Heavy Vehicle (Mass, Dimension and Loading) National Regulation (NSW).
