105 Exemption power—Local Land Services
Local Land Services may exempt a person or a class of persons in writing from the operation of this Part or a specified provision of this Part.
The exemption may be limited in duration or may be subject to such factors or circumstances as may be specified in the exemption.
Local Land Services may cancel the exemption in writing at any time.
Local Land Services is to give notice in accordance with the regulations of any exemption given (or of any cancellation of an exemption made) under this section.
