60ZN Local Land Services to report on rates of allowable clearing
(1)
Local Land Services is to publicly report on an annual basis on its estimate of the overall rate of clearing of native vegetation in regulated rural areas—
(a)
as a result of clearing for allowable activities under Division 4 and Schedule 5A, and
(b)
as a result of clearing authorised by a land management (native vegetation) code under Division 5.
(2)
Local Land Services may include that report in the annual reporting information prepared for it under the Government Sector Finance Act 2018.
