Without limiting section 26 of the Interpretation Act 1987, a State industrial instrument or other agreement may be entered into before the commencement of Part 2 of this Act with respect to—
(a)
the transfer of staff of livestock health and pest authorities under the former RLP Act and catchment management authorities under the former CMA Act on the commencement of that Part to Local Land Services, and
(b)
the terms and conditions of employment applicable to those persons.
