117 Release of impounded stock
A person must not, without the authority of an authority—
(a)
release, or
(b)
incite or assist any person to release,
any animal impounded, or seized or detained in a region for the purpose of this part or the Public Spaces (Unattended Property) Act 2021.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
