67 Use of felled timber
(1)
Local Land Services may sell timber felled on a controlled travelling stock reserve or may use the timber for the purpose of improving any travelling stock reserve within a region or carrying out any work in a region necessary for the exercise of its functions but must not use the timber for any other purpose.
(2)
Local Land Services may sell timber felled on a controlled travelling stock reserve with the consent of the Forestry Corporation, despite anything in the Forestry Act 2012 to the contrary.
