Declaration of stock watering places

Current

The Minister administering the Crown Land Management Act 2016 may, by order published in the Gazette, declare any of the following to be a stock watering place—

(a)

any Crown land, or land acquired under section 4.2 of the Crown Land Management Act 2016 for a stock watering place,

(b)

any land acquired for the purpose by a local council.
