19 Modification of section 93 (Application for registration)

If a clerk receives from a registrar of a prescribed court of another participating jurisdiction a copy of an external order as made or varied in a cross-border proceeding of that court, the registrar of the prescribed court is taken to have made an application for registration of the order on behalf of the protected person named in the order, unless the order as made or previously varied is already registered under this Part.
