66A Modification of section 140AA (Community youth justice officers)
After section 140AA(1)
insert
(1A)
The following persons are also community youth justice officers for this Act:
(a)
an officer of the Department, as defined in the Young
Offenders Act 1993 (SA), whose duties include the supervision of offenders in the community under that Act;
(b)
an officer of the Department, as defined in the Young
Offenders Act 1994 (WA), whose duties include the supervision of offenders in the community under that Act.
