5AA Application of this Part to Territory prisoners imprisoned in another participating jurisdiction

This Division applies in relation to a person who is serving in another participating jurisdiction a Territory sentence of imprisonment under a warrant of commitment issued under the

Cross-border Justice Act 2009 as if the person were a

Territory prisoner serving a sentence of imprisonment in the

Territory.
