23 Modification of section 20 (Form of warrant)
Section 20(4)
omit, substitute
(4) Every warrant may be executed by apprehending the defendant at any place:
(a)
within the Territory; or
(b) if the defendant has a connection with a cross-border region – within a participating jurisdiction.
