69 Application of Youth Justice Act 2005
For section 106 of the Act, Parts 8 to 10 of the Youth Justice
Act 2005 do not apply in relation to a person in custody in a detention centre in another participating jurisdiction under Part
10 of the Cross-border Justice Act 2009.
