43 Modification of section 147G (Definitions)
Section 147G, definition senior member
omit, substitute
senior member means:
(a) a police officer who holds the rank of superintendent or a higher rank; or
(b)
a police officer of another participating jurisdiction who holds:
(i)
the rank of superintendent or a higher rank; and
(ii)
a secondary office as a police officer of the Territory.
