100 Code of Conduct
(1)
The Minister may establish a code of conduct for members of the
Planning Commission and the Development Consent Authority.
(2)
The Minister must publish on the Agency's website any code of conduct established by the Minister under subsection (1).
(3)
A member of the Planning Commission and the Development Consent
Authority must abide by any applicable code of conduct established by the Minister under subsection (1).
