Vacancy or defect does not invalidate action of Authority

In force

(1)

The performance of a function or exercise of a power by the

Development Consent Authority is not invalid by reason only of there being a vacancy in its membership.

(2)

The appointment of a person as a member is not invalid by reason only of a defect or irregularity in or in connection with the appointment of the person.
