94 Minister may appoint temporary member
(1)
If:
(a)
there is a vacancy in the membership of a Division; and
(b)
the Minister is of the opinion that it is necessary to appoint a person to act in the vacancy on urgency,
the Minister may, despite sections 89 and 90, in writing, appoint a person to be a temporary member of the Division for a period of not more than 6 months specified in the instrument.
(2)
The appointment of a member under subsection (1) takes effect on and from the date on which the instrument is signed or a later date specified in the instrument.
(3)
The Minister may, in writing, revoke the appointment of a temporary member of a Division under this section.
