87 Constitution of Development Consent Authority
(1)
The Development Consent Authority consists of:
(a)
the Chair; and
(b)
the members appointed by the Minister under section 89 or 90.
(2)
A person may, under section 89 or 90, be appointed a member of more than one Division.
(3)
An employee of the Agency administering this Act is not eligible to be appointed as a member of the Development Consent Authority.
