69 Application to Court by Public Trustee
(1)
Where the Public Trustee is acting in the administration of an estate, the Public Trustee may, in respect of any matter arising in the course of that administration, apply ex parte to the Court for approval, advice or direction upon a written statement setting out the facts.
(2)
Upon any application under subsection (1) it shall not be necessary to serve notice of the application on any person or party, unless the Court so directs.
