84 Payment of small amounts
(1)
Where, under an Act, the Public Trustee is directed to make a payment upon the order of a court or Judge being obtained by a person entitled thereto, he or she may make a payment without such an order if the amount of that payment does not exceed $1,000.
(2)
A payment made under subsection (1) shall be as valid as if authorized by an order of the Court or a Judge.
